NCLW chief, Claudine Aoun Rukuz, informed President Michel Aoun during a meeting with him yesterday, that the implementation of the national action plan of UN Resolution 1325 has started. This resolution, to recall, establishes the roadmap to justice and non-exclusion through a targeted program on women, peace and security. Rukuz explained that Resolution 1325 has stressed the role of women in achieving the conditions for peaceful, just and inclusive societies.
