Al-Diyar newspaper reported that during the current summer in Lebanon, 31 tourist festivals will be held, explaining that these festivals will lead to large financial income for the companies that hold such celebrations. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Tourism was required to provide $ 15 million to the number of about 70 to 80 festivals, but for the sake of saving money and because the budget deficit, the ministry did not provide the amount, although the budget allows this and has sufficient funds in order to support festivals in Lebanon. In this context, the newspaper pointed out the most important festivals that will take place during the summer, including the Cedars festival, which is under the patronage of MP Strida Geagea, and which is likely to be the most prominent in terms of the number of artists, especially that it can accommodate 500 thousand viewers.
