Suicide incidents among migrant women domestic workers (MWDW) continue to recur, without raising any eyebrow by concerned people in Lebanon. In this respect, The Daily Star newspaper published in its issue of 19 November, that a domestic worker hung herself in Iqlim al-Kharrub town of Al-Burjain Friday in an apparent suicide. The Ethiopian worker, born in 1992, was found dead at the house of her employer, and security forces arrived at the scene and opened an investigation, while a coroner examined the body and declared the death a suicide.
