The secretary of the Syndicate of Owners of Restaurants, Cafes and Night Clubs in Lebanon, Maya Bakhazi Noun, gave a lecture on May 16 on ‘the heritage of cooking’. The talk was part of a training course organized by the ministry of tourism for a new cohort of tourist guides, with the attendance of the Syndicate of Tourist Guides in Lebanon, headed by Alisar Baalbaki. Authorized tourist guides from various relevant disciplines including, archeology, history and geography, travel and tourism, and who speak multiple languages, notably, Portuguese, Chinese and Spanish, participated in the session.
