VAW cases in Zghorta, Ain Hilweh, and Kawthariyet Siyad

The ISF General Diretorate, by competent judiciary, circulated yesterday the photo of Sanaa Mohamad Khalaf (stateless, born in 1992) who left her workplace in the locality of Aqaba-Zgharta on December 15 to an unknown destination. The Directorate asked anyone who has seen or knows any information about the missing woman to contact the Zgharta Police Station- Regional Gendarmerie Unit (06/660015). On the other hand, on December 14, a Palestinian woman, married, born in 1996 and resident of Ain Hilweh Refugee Camp, has been transferred to Saida Government Hospital, but died after slicing through the vein in her wrist. Security forces, on the instructions of the public prosecutor’s appeal of South Lebanon, arrived at the hospital and started investigations. Later, the victim’s husband was arrested. Also, on the next day, Al Mustaqbal electronic portal reported that the body of an unidentified woman was found in the locality of Jabal Saab, Kawthariyet Siyad, and was carried to hospital.
